Beco Aqua-Disc: A must for swimming training. The Beco Aqua-Disc is the ideal training tool for use in the water. It is made of skinned hard foam and has two practical recessed grips for thumbs and fingers. The Aqua-Disc can be used in a variety of ways to train coordination, strength, endurance and balance. Individual load control is only possible by changing the angular position and thus the resistance. Two discs alone generate enough buoyancy to keep an adult person afloat.
