The bags look very good. You have no inhibitions about parking the bike next to a Jaguar in front of the hotel. Moreover, the bag is light and easy to handle.
The Scape Large Pannier seems less robust than an Ortlieb or Vaude bag, for example. Also, the nuts exposed inside are no longer state-of-the-art. Without the surchargeable strap, the bag is difficult to carry.
On the negative side, there is no carrying strap, although there are eyelets for attaching it. Brooks charges 20 euros extra for the strap.
