Hybrid Core technology provides a lightweight construction that delivers a good snow feel when climbing and a smooth ride in a variety of downhill conditions. Additionally, fiberglass reinforcement is used; the wooden part of the hybrid core is surrounded by a fiberglass box. This strengthens the vertical section of the ski, increasing skier comfort and improving snow feel. The sandwich construction in the middle of the ski and the central sidewall under the boot provide efficiency and precision, while the 3D profile makes the ski safe and versatile on descents.
