Accurate wind signals are transmitted directly via an ANT® connection to a GNX Wind instrument or a compatible Garmin GPSMAP® 8400 or GPSMAP 7400 series chartplotter. The sensor features the well-known Nexus® twin-fin technology with a three-blade propeller. The result? Accurate data for wind speed and stable angle measurement even in light winds.

Wind and sail packages (sold separately) are also available, which can be used as standalone wind systems or expanded into complete network systems via NMEA 2000®.
