This stable black Competition Bumper Plate made of rubber is designed for powerlifting, weightlifting, and functional training. Dropping the plates from overhead or shoulder height is not a problem, as they are perfectly suited for this type of training due to their optimal impact properties. The chrome-plated central steel disc allows for quick and safe loading and unloading of the plates on any Olympic barbell. The weight specifications are color-coded from 10 to 25 kg.
