HotBOND is an exclusive brand of Löffler. With the unique hotBOND technology, highly elastic materials are spot-welded into ultra-flat joints using ultrasound. These connections are not only comfortable to wear but also more tear-resistant and durable than conventional seams. Maximum freedom of movement without restrictions and pressure or chafing points are the advantages of the garments produced in this way. In addition to cycling shorts in various lengths and as waistband or bib shorts, hotBOND technology is also used for tight cycling jerseys. A small hotBOND running collection is also available. The production and manufacturing of the hotBOND collection takes place exclusively in Austria.

Material: Elastic / Dimple Elastic
A highly technical fiber construction developed in the innovative Löffler knitting mill. The special elastane fiber used has excellent, durable transverse and longitudinal elasticity. This ensures maximum freedom of movement and a perfect fit. Superelastic, dimple elastic with dimple structure makes every movement very light, offers high breathability, and dries quickly. In addition, aerodynamic advantages could even be measured in wind tunnel tests. The material was developed in close cooperation with the Austrian Ski Association.

Comfort Gel Air seat pad
The dense, anatomically adapted foam shape with gel pads absorbs bumps and shocks, while the perforated surface ensures optimal ventilation. At the same time, the seat surface is pleasantly smooth with soft edge transitions. Specially designed for long distances in racing saddles.
