Product details

The most widely used and successful downhill tire in the world in recent years. The Minion DHF combines proven elements such as angled knobs for low rolling resistance and great stability with longitudinally slotted knobs for more gripping edges. This results in excellent directional stability and precise cornering behavior. It is the benchmark for fast trails, from light freeride to hard downhill.

Exo Protection: This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewalls of various MTB tires. It is tightly woven, lightweight, and very flexible. This ensures that the tire performance remains impressively good.

Tubeless Ready: Tubeless tires offer many advantages: You can ride with lower air pressure, which provides better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, the risk of punctures also decreases. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for installation with sealant than other tubeless-ready tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a true UST tubeless tire. This makes tubeless installation successful on all standard-sized rims right from the first inflation with minimal liquid.

3C MaxxTerra: The freeride version of the 3C tires. Significantly more grip and traction due to softer compounds, with acceptable rolling resistance, allowing you to climb well before the thrilling descent, and a long lifespan.
