With its completely new profile design, the Minion DHR II is the ideal tire for aggressive gravity riding. Featuring side knobs from the legendary DHF, which have been slightly widened for even better cornering grip, it offers extreme cornering stability. The center knobs have angled shapes for improved acceleration. Notches on the knobs enhance the transition when leaning into corners. Some of the center knobs have a paddle shape, which dig in during hard braking and help keep the bike under control.

Exo Protection
This extremely cut- and abrasion-resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is tightly woven, lightweight, and very flexible, ensuring that the tire's performance remains impressively good.

Dualcompound
Two different rubber compounds are processed into a tread strip. The arrangement of the compounds is planned according to the desired characteristics of the tires.

Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can ride with lower air pressure, which provides better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, the risk of punctures decreases. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for mounting with sealant than other tubeless-ready tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a rubber layer, just like a true UST tubeless tire. This ensures that tubeless mounting on all standard-sized rims is successful right from the first inflation with minimal liquid.
