The upper shoe features an overlap construction made from the most innovative materials: it perfectly wraps around the foot, avoids pressure points, and transmits every watt of power losslessly to the drivetrain. Additional TPU reinforcements offer 360° protection across the entire upper shoe. A simple and even fit is ensured by the SLW2 rotary closure system. Unique in its kind, it allows for millimeter-precise adjustment and fitting of the shoe thanks to its micro-step ratchet. The new Easyfit Climaflex entry area combines the extreme flexibility of the Gore-Tex Rattler membrane with high thermal insulation from neoprene, guaranteeing mobility as well as protection against cold and moisture. The ergonomic heel shape, with its anatomical fit thanks to state-of-the-art thermoforming technology, combined with our Arctic 4Layer insole made of EVA and aluminum, as well as EVA and pile, ensures excellent thermal insulation. For added safety in poor visibility conditions, there are 360° reflective inserts.
