The Pride Racing stem is designed for BMX racing. Neither a TopLoad nor a FrontLoad, the FTL is presented as a Front/Top Load stem. This piece was crafted at the request of top rider Renaud Blanc from Pride Racing. This stem allows for a lower handlebar height, making the bike more responsive and playful. With its very low rise, it features a flat surface on the underside of the stem to avoid contact with the top tube of the frame in the event of a fall. This stem is made from 6061-T6 aluminum and is machined from a single piece using CNC technology. It comes with an M8 Inox screw specification according to DIN 912.

The clamping area for the handlebar has a diameter of 48 mm, which provides stiffness while riding. This stem is also available in a length variant of 35 mm; the FTL is currently the shortest stem on the BMX racing market. With a 35 mm long stem, you can compensate for the size of the top tube. If you plan to switch to a larger frame and the rider area seems too big for you, this can be offset with a 35 mm long stem.

Note: You can also choose a titanium screw, saving you 50 g on the total weight of your stem.
