No, nothing in this area is compatible with anything. Why should it be? Nobody is interested in that. Each product stands on its own and is of high quality. I'm saying this now with regard to the Thule luggage carrier purely from the picture. I had my problems with the KlickFix alone. With an adapter plate on any luggage carrier, the practical tension spring is neutralised and unusable. I then made my own bracket so that I could attach the bag without an adapter plate. My advice here is to avoid buying online, go to a specialist shop for advice and stick to one brand. Otherwise frustration is inevitable.
If you are talking about the device that allows you to hook a basket (for example) to this adapter, then you have to buy it separately (Kupplung set GTA). Unfortunately, unless I am mistaken, this item does not exist at Galaxy and I had to buy it elsewhere. (Found on several Swiss online sales sites via Google)
