The Fusion by Red Chili in the size recommended by the manufacturer is a comfortable shoe for pleasure climbers, whether indoors or outdoors. Even if you choose a narrower fit, it is best suited to moderate grades.
The new Fusion has been completely redesigned from the ground up. The new last features a stronger curve and a slightly wider forefoot. Another innovation is the unique closure system that combines the advantages of Velcro and lacing, ensuring a quick and precise fit. The closure is made from extremely strong and abrasion-resistant Technora aramid ropes. These ropes are produced in-house and are typically used as lines for paragliders. The 3 mm thick neoprene flap provides added comfort and a more even distribution of closing force. Thanks to these features, the Fusion offers greater performance and a more precise fit while being exceptionally versatile. To top it off, the integral RX-1 all-round sole boasts a particularly balanced range of properties between grip, precision, durability, and edge stability.
