The Marathon E-Plus rolls exceptionally light due to its high-tech materials. The "anti-aging" sidewall withstands typical overloads caused by insufficient air pressure for a longer time before developing cracks. The new carcass construction reinforces the sidewalls with an additional fabric layer, stabilizing the tire for greater load capacity.
The tread design of the E-Plus is modern and dynamic, featuring a deeper profile that is extremely versatile for touring and trekking. It is ECE-R75 certified and suitable for pedelecs with pedal assist up to 25 km/h, as well as for S-pedelecs.
The new Addix E compound rubber was specifically designed for e-bikes, offering maximum durability, low rolling resistance, and exceptional grip, even at high speeds. The three-millimeter thick GreenGuard puncture protection insert reliably protects against punctures.
