The Sport-Thieme Comfort Gymnastics Mat is an easy-care exercise mat made from high-quality, approximately 8 mm thick soft foam. Thanks to the closed-cell special foam, the fitness mat is particularly hygienic. Rounded edges, good cushioning properties, and excellent ground cold insulation are promising reasons for using the gymnastics mats in schools, clubs, and rehabilitation exercises. The unique surface structure prevents sticking or adhering upon skin contact. To ensure a secure footing at all times, the underside of the training mat is slip-resistant.
