Sufix X8 is a round, easy-to-handle, and silky smooth braided line inspired by Japanese braided lines. It features an 8-strand construction of thin HMPE fibers, making it a super strong, thin line with high abrasion resistance and excellent knot and lay strength. R8 precision braiding technology with a high tension weaving process gives this line its distinctive supple and smooth properties, with consistent diameter and quality, and an excellent strength-to-diameter ratio. The materials and construction allow the line to have low friction when passing through the rod rings, resulting in low noise and long, accurate casts. The Sufix X8 is designed for both baitcasting reels and stationary reels, making it a particularly good choice for smaller baits, light jigging, and finesse techniques for perch, trout, and alet.
