The Dynair Ball Cushion XL, manufactured in Germany, is a dynamic, air-filled training device. One side features round, soft Senso nubs, while the other side has a velvety, smooth surface. It is considered a simple and space-saving alternative to a large ball and serves as a foundation for back and conditioning training while sitting, standing, or lying down. The product is latex-free and is produced on-site at TOGU's facility in Prien am Chiemsee, the inventor of the ball cushion. TOGU offers a 30-year manufacturer's warranty for the Dynair Ball Cushion XL.

What are the benefits? A strong, healthy back and a stable body center. The back is effectively and gently relieved and trained laterally. The intervertebral discs are kept in gentle motion, and the muscles of the spine are exercised. The upright posture can be optimized. Additionally, during sensorimotor training (the interplay of the nervous system and muscles), the following effects occur: improvement of the nervous system, concentration and coordination, joint stability, and overall movement patterns.

How does it work? The ability to sit and train dynamically is made possible by the air filling, the shape, and the high-quality material: minimal movements are constantly and immediately transferred to the body. This involuntarily trains the deep-seated back muscles and the sensorimotor system. Unlike sitting on rigid surfaces, these deep muscles, which are crucial for body stability, are also trained. Furthermore, it can be used anywhere - at home, in the office, or while traveling - allowing for training without additional time commitment.
