This technology allows for the individual adjustment of the tension of the 12 Vario rubber cords, enabling the suspension to be set both tighter and softer. This flexibility allows the jumping mat to be optimally tailored to personal needs, whether for gentle bouncing, joint-friendly jogging, or intense workouts with dynamic jumps. The trampoline comes with a height-adjustable safety bar, which is particularly suitable for power jumping and fitness workouts.
