The Air-Liner by Vittoria is a puncture protection system based on technical foam, designed for tubeless use. It effectively protects the rim, prevents flats, and improves grip – an absolute must-have! This applies whether you are using standard wheels or tubeless-ready wheels. You also have the freedom to choose your tubeless valve and sealant, although Vittoria recommends using ammonia-free sealant.

The Air-Liner was developed in collaboration with Deaneasy. In Italy, it is machined from a single piece of the latest generation of technical foam. Unlike foam inserts that come from 3D printing and are extruded, this manufacturing method does not interfere with the chemical structure of the polymer. The result is a product that is uncompromising in terms of durability and robustness. Under normal conditions, the puncture protection lasts up to 2000 hours, and even if you run your tire flat, there is still enough time to patch it: the Air-Liner can hold up to an hour without air.
