The terry material has excellent insulation properties and keeps you warm even when damp. The sock absorbs moisture and transports it away from the foot without compromising its insulation capabilities. It features terry material on the foot, making it particularly suitable for everyday use and activities like hiking in colder temperatures.

Ullfrotté Original consists of 80% air. It is a knitted terry fabric, with one side being smooth and the other made up of terry loops. The airy terry loops combined with the crimped structure of the wool create a jersey knit that traps a lot of air, resulting in very good insulation. The thicker the layer of air next to the body, the less body heat can escape.
