XLC offers the Comp ST-T13, an affordable, adjustable-angle stem. It fits fork steerer tubes with a diameter of 1 1/8 inches and is secured with a solid 2-bolt clamp. The aluminum stem can be adjusted between 0° and 90°, allowing for positioning to suit any preference.
