Reliability all around: Our 3M VHB Tape 5952 in black is an 11 mm thick, extremely versatile, double-sided high-performance tape made from modified acrylic adhesive. It can be applied quickly and easily, providing powerful and long-lasting durability. It can replace rivets, welds, and screws. Use this high-performance viscoelastic VHB tape on various surfaces, such as powder coatings. 3M VHB high-performance tapes are double-sided tapes made from closed-cell acrylic adhesive. They offer very high adaptability to the surfaces being bonded. Smooth or textured surfaces can be bonded without tension over the entire area. Ideal for many low-energy surfaces, powder-coated surfaces, plastics (not soft PVC), or glass. In many applications, the use of primers can be omitted.
