3M Shielding Tape No. 1170 consists of a smooth aluminum foil backing with a conductive acrylic adhesive. Special features include being UL flame retardant and having an acrylic adhesive that is resistant to solvents. Applications include dissipation of static charge and electromagnetic field shielding.
