F200 Type B for smooth DC fault currents and operational safety. All-current sensitive, with a short delay of 10 ms, surge current resistant up to 3 kA (5 kA for selective versions). Residual current devices (RCCBs) provide protection for persons and property, as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. The F200 B series RCCBs ensure protection against earth faults for sinusoidal AC currents, pulsating currents, and smooth DC fault currents. They also provide fault protection (protection against indirect contact), additional protection (with IΔn ≤ 30 mA), and fire protection (with I∆n ≤ 300 mA). They comply with product standards for Type A IEC/EN 61008-1, 61008-2-1, 61543 (VDE 0664 10, 11, 30) and Type B DIN EN 62423 (VDE 0664-40). Applications include household, commercial, or industrial use. The extensive range of accessories provides everything you need for your installation tasks. Type B RCCBs are suitable for non-linear circuits that can generate fault currents with smooth DC fault currents and various (high/low) frequencies. These components are found in electronic devices such as frequency converters. Type B RCCBs have a frequency range of 0...2 kHz for fault current detection and offer high system availability.
