Product details

FI/LS switches (RCBOs) provide personal and property protection as well as protection against electrically ignited fires in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-410 and DIN VDE 0100-530. They ensure the protection of single-phase circuits against overload and short-circuit currents, protection against sinusoidal alternating currents and pulsating currents with a smooth residual direct current component of up to 6 mA to earth. Additionally, they offer fault protection (protection against indirect contact), supplementary protection, and fire protection. They comply with product standards IEC/EN 61009-1 (VDE 0664-20) and IEC/EN 61009-2-1 (VDE 0664-21). Areas of application include household and commercial use. The compact design of the DSX301C FI/LS is ideally suited for use in power distributions where space is limited. The series is equipped with a 30 mA differential fault current and a B or C tripping characteristic. Its patented connection terminals with Push-In technology ensure easy and secure contact and handling. Conductors of up to 2 x 4 mm² can be connected to the upper outgoing Push-In terminal. On the input side, the PSX phase bars can be used for cross-wiring. For power supply, conductor cross-sections of up to 10 mm² can be directly connected to the device via the screw connection terminal in protection class IP20. For better visibility when feeding in, the connection opening of the screw terminal is located above the flex terminal for the phase bar. The rated switching capacity according to IEC/EN 61009 is Icn = 6 kA. The RCBO DSX301C Type A is single-pole protected (LS) and double-pole switching.
