The ESD safety work shoe QS 500 from Birkenstock is specifically designed for use in microelectronics and high-frequency technology. With a removable footbed, it offers optimal comfort and relieves the feet, making long workdays more pleasant. The shoe combines modern design with functionality and features a 6-hole lacing system. The antistatic properties of the sole ensure permanent grounding, balancing out electrical voltage differences. The slip-resistant, metal-free outsole is oil and gasoline resistant and provides high safety through its puncture resistance. A 200 Joule steel toe cap protects the forefoot, while the water-repellent upper made of smooth leather offers additional protection. The QS 500 meets the requirements of protection class S3 and is certified according to EN ISO 20345:2011.
