The standard wall thickness (0.9 mm) and length allow excellent flush cuts. The bimetal blade's hardened HSS (high-speed steel) tooth bar is reinforced with resilient HCS (carbon steel), making it ideal for machining pallets. The fine to medium Vario Tooth pitch (1.8/2.6 mm) cuts through soft nails and fasteners in pallet constructions. The standard length of 225 mm offers up to 165 mm deep cuts.
