Product details

The X-Lock R444 Expert for Metal fibre disc produces an impressive finish on metal surfaces. The sturdy backing plate made of vulcanised fibre ensures a consistent grinding process. The aluminium oxide abrasive grain is particularly well suited to working on metal. This fibre disc is designed for deburring and preparing carbon steel, structural steel, non-ferrous metals and cast iron for welding. It is also ideal for removing discolouration, deposits and surface imperfections. X-LOCK grinding discs also fit standard angle grinders. Thanks to the keyless X-LOCK system, the fibre discs can be changed quickly and conveniently. The discs are suitable for mounting on an X-LOCK or standard rubber backing pad. Disc diameter (mm): 125, bore diameter (mm): 22.23, grit size: 100, X-Lock.
