The Starlock ACZ 100 BB segment saw blade enables wide and deep flush cuts in wood, metal, and plastic. The particularly large blade diameter of 100 mm allows for wide cuts in door frames and smaller profiles, as well as long cuts at floor level. The teeth, manufactured using Bosch's patented round welding technology, create wide cuts without jamming or heat discoloration. This exclusive technology welds a wider strip of HSS steel (high-speed steel) to a narrower body made of HCS steel (high carbon steel). The result is free-standing, hard teeth. The blade is compatible with all Starlock, Starlock Plus, and Starlock Max type power tools, as well as all common multifunction tools. When cutting unhardened metal and abrasive materials, the bi-metal connection of HCS steel and HSS steel teeth is wear- and heat-resistant, providing the blade with a long service life. The blade tips also allow access to hard-to-reach corners. The Starlock mounting system enables quick blade changes without touching the blade in three seconds.
