The housing of the Burg-Wächter WinSafe WS 33 security system is made of robust die-cast zinc and therefore offers high resistance to forced entry. The mechanical window lock is VdS-tested and ECB-S-certified for wooden, aluminium and PVC windows with metal inserts. The locking and unlocking mechanism with sliding mechanism is extremely easy and convenient to use. If the locking cylinder is in an open position, the lock can also be unlocked without a key by turning it. In a closed position, the key is required to unlock the lock. Another advantage: It is always visually recognisable whether the window lock is in a locked state. This eliminates the need for tedious checking. You can easily install this window lock yourself. With the help of a few small drill holes and a few simple hand movements, the WinSafe unit is fixed and stable. The individual parts do not have to be laboriously assembled, you can start with the actual installation straight away. Please note that the WinSafe WS 33 window security system is only intended for installation on the handle side of your inward-opening window or French window.
