Outer shell made of ABS: The outer shell is made from molded thermoplastic with a minimum thickness of 3 mm across the entire surface, ensuring maximum impact resistance and shock dispersion.

Inner shell made of EPS: The inner padding is made from expanded polystyrene in two different sizes with differentiated multi-density high performance to ensure the best performance in terms of safety combined with comfort.

Size-specific inner padding: No annoying adjustments, the inner padding of the 801V model is made with differentiated thickness and density for each of the 6 available sizes to provide an optimal fit for every head circumference. The inner padding is covered with hypoallergenic, antibacterial, and skin-friendly fabrics that ensure comprehensive comfort under all usage conditions. The inner lining, cushions, neck roll, and chin pad are fully removable and washable.

Micrometer buckle: The micrometer buckle for fastening the strap consists of a button body and a scale band that allows for rapid and easy adjustment with practical loosening. The 801 is also equipped with an elastic strap stopper, an elastic fabric ring that allows you to secure the excess strap in a folded position.

The 801 model features dual certification, bicycle (CE EN1078) and ski (CE EN1077).
