The COZZE pizza spatula for 13-inch pizza ovens is ideal for inserting and removing the pizza. The large 30 x 30 cm surface area is perfectly suited for the 13-inch COZZE pizza ovens and is made of lightweight aluminum. Perforations in the surface area allow excess flour to fall away. The stainless steel handle is equipped with a soft grip for comfortable and secure handling.

The 1.5 mm thick aluminum surface glides easily under the pizza while providing enough stability to hold the pizza without any issues. The perforations allow excess flour to fall away, preventing it from burning in the pizza oven. This results in less smoke during baking and less cleaning effort afterward.

When the pizza peel is not in use, it can be conveniently hung up using the leather loop, keeping it within reach for the next pizza.
