The DCD708 is a state-of-the-art cordless drill/driver featuring a powerful 2-speed drive, yet it is significantly more compact and lighter than its predecessor. Thanks to its brushless motor, it offers longer runtime per battery charge and a higher lifespan. The optimally tuned 2-speed all-metal gearbox ensures efficient power transmission, while the 15-stage torque module with reliable cutoff torque allows for precise screwdriving tasks. The finely adjustable switch electronics enable accurate drilling and controlled screwing, and the integrated safety electronics continuously monitor battery temperature, current draw, and discharge protection for trouble-free long-term use.
