Encoders allow for position feedback from the motor. The DC motors come standard with an electronic interference filter. They feature high-quality metal brush commutator DC motors, metal gears with machined gears, a ball-bearing gearbox shaft in version B, an integrated radio interference filter, and an output shaft made of hardened steel. In the optional version with an encoder (Hall sensor), 10 pulses per revolution are provided.
