The Einhell band saw TC-SB 245 L is ideal for ambitious DIY enthusiasts. Stationary yet flexible, the band saw impresses with its adaptability to various requirements. Whether making straight cuts or curves, at an angle or across the grain, a band saw offers a wide range of possibilities. Depending on the blade inserted, different materials can be effortlessly cut with the powerful 400-watt motor and an idle speed of 1,450 revolutions per minute. A band saw also provides the advantage of a narrow cutting gap, thereby preserving the material. The integrated blade guard can be adjusted in height without tools, allowing for a maximum clearance width of up to 245 mm. The saw table is infinitely adjustable, and the band run can be adjusted via the upper roller. The double-fixed parallel stop is equipped with a quick adjustment feature for straight cuts. The maximum cutting height is 60 mm at 45 degrees and 101 mm at 90 degrees. The angle stop is infinitely adjustable from -60 degrees to +60 degrees. The multiple adjustable ball bearing guides reduce blade vibration, supporting a fine cutting pattern. The push stick included in the delivery is essential for safe operation of the band saw. The zero-voltage switch protects against unintentional restarting of the device during sudden power interruptions. The band saw is equipped with a 36 mm dust extraction connection, and an LED light is integrated to illuminate the work table.
