The splined bolt with washer head ensures a much more secure connection between the head and handle than ring wedges or other systems, effectively preventing the hammer head from flying off. Tools can be placed on the hammer head as no components protrude from it.
Quality steel with a higher alloy content than specified by the DIN standard ensures a longer service life of the edge break and the entire hammer.
The steel handle protection sleeve provides the highest level of protection against handle breakage in the event of failure, increasing flexural strength thanks to the surrounding angled stabilizing band.
The hickory handle reduces vibration, is extremely resistant to bending, and is durable, with a load capacity three to four times higher than standard ash handles. The long-fibered wood structure holds the handle together even when damaged, preventing the hammer head from flying off even as the wooden handle ages.
