The MULTI-MONTI®-plus screw anchor (MMS-plus) is an advanced version of the MULTI-MONTI® concrete screw. It is screwed directly into a pre-drilled hole without the need for a plug and is immediately load-bearing. The reinforced threading at the tip of the screw cuts an internal thread into the building material during installation. This creates a form fit, which ultimately secures the anchor. This not only simplifies the installation process but also ensures a high level of application safety for the craftsman. The MULTI-MONTI®-plus concrete screw can be processed close to edges and without a torque wrench, is fully disassemblable, and can be reused after testing.
