Product details

The Norwegian manufacturer Helle uses the proven three-layer steel for the GT model. This consists of a core layer of high-alloy stainless steel with a hardness of 59 HRC. The two outer layers are made of 18/8 stainless steel. This construction ensures high cutting durability and flexibility of the blade. The aluminium guard bar closes the oiled burl birch handle to the blade and prevents contact of the working hand with the blade. A high-quality sheath made of brown leather is included for carrying and wearing on the belt.
