The modern design of the Herbertz one-handed knife impresses with a blade made of high-performance AISI 440 steel in cleaver style, which can be quickly turned to the working position using a flipper and ball bearings. The open-frame handle is made from TC4 titanium with an integrated framelock to secure the blade while employees are working. A clip rounds off the features.
