The grill grate and the inner tray, in which the fat from the barbecue food can collect, are made of solid stainless steel and dishwasher-safe. The built-in fan is powered by four batteries or a USB power source and is infinitely controlled by a LED illuminated switch. The closed, perforated stainless steel charcoal container is positioned centrally inside the grill and requires only approx. 20% charcoal compared to a conventional grill.
