The DCM340 clamp meter combines a clamp ammeter for both direct and alternating currents with a multimeter, providing professional technicians with all the necessary measurement functions. The large LC display with backlighting also features a high-resolution analog bar graph to better assess trends and fluctuations in measurement values. To freeze measurement values, the device has a data hold function, which is useful when the display cannot be read directly on hard-to-access test objects. The Min/Max function stores the maximum and minimum values, while the fast peak hold function can capture inrush currents with a sampling rate of 10 ms. The auto power-off function automatically turns off the DCM340 clamp meter after 30 minutes; this function can be disabled if needed during Min/Max long-term measurements. The relative function allows a reference value to be stored, and the deviation from this value is displayed directly.
