The MBS 150 is ideal for cutting steel, aluminum, copper, PVC, and Teflon. With its infinitely variable electronic speed control ranging from 30 to 80 m/min, it allows for material-appropriate and gentle cutting. The device is particularly low in vibration and wear thanks to a special gearbox with two large hardened steel gears. Cuts with a maximum accuracy of 0.3 mm over a 100 mm cutting length are guaranteed - each machine is individually tested for precision in Italy before delivery. The low-speed DC drive motor with carbon brushes is designed for up to ten times longer lifespan. An electronic temperature and current monitoring system protects against major damage. The cast band wheels with ground running surfaces without rubber pads are suitable for both dry and wet cutting. The robust saw frame made of aluminum die-cast (adjustable from MBS 125) not only ensures good cutting performance but also safe transport. Two movable, adjustable band guides with metal chip removers are also included in the functionality. Additional features: particularly stable base plate with non-slip feet, very service-friendly as components are easily accessible, including material stop and bi-metal saw blade M42 Z6 - 10.
