The noblesse of oak is concentrated in a knife from the No 08 line. Its 8.5 cm stainless steel blade offers excellent cutting performance and high corrosion resistance. Oak is a hard and very durable wood. It comes from French forests and has a yellow-brown appearance with straight and regular veins. Thanks to its lacquer finish, the handle is protected against moisture and dirt.
