Product details

The blade of the Opinel knife is made of high-alloy XC90 carbon steel and is easy to resharpen. It can be locked in place at lightning speed by turning a safety ring (Virobloc system). The handle is made from dried, long-seasoned hardwood. A special coating protects against moisture.
