Product details

Execution: The blanks of these needle files are forged and ground from special steel. The diamond files are evenly coated with diamond powder of uniform grain size and galvanically fixed. Uniform diamond coverage and the hardness of the diamond ensure optimal filing results. Total file length: 140 mm; diamond coating length: 70 mm; shank diameter: 3 mm. Usage: For precise finishing of cutting, stamping, and pressing tools made of hardened steel or carbide. Also suitable for processing glass, ceramics, etc. File with light pressure, especially on edges. High pressure does not improve filing performance and can damage the file.
