This protection adapter is a surge protector for two pairs of signal wires of the analog and digital (DSL) telecommunications interface. The adapter features both an RJ45 socket and detachable screw terminals as connections to the telecommunications network. With the included adapter, the standard RJ45 can be converted to RJ11 and RJ12. This multiple configuration makes the product universally applicable internationally.
