The outer shell is made of two different sizes of molds from aramid fiber-reinforced carbon, combined with epoxy resin. The inner shell is made of EPS material, a special pressed polystyrene with multiple layers and varying densities. The small shell covers sizes from XS to M, while the larger shell covers sizes from M to XXL. The construction ensures that the helmet provides good energy distribution in the event of an accident and is lightweight. The visor is made of scratch-resistant polycarbonate, and the helmet features a small, retractable dark visor that allows for optimal riding in all weather and light conditions. The visor is designed for use with the anti-fog Pinlock® system, including the provided Pinlock® lens. The visor closure mechanism is located on the chin guard. Additionally, the helmet has a special mechanism that makes it safer and quieter with a simple click, even at high speeds. Wide ventilation openings at the front of the chin guard ensure good airflow, while the rear vent allows for the expulsion of warm air. The "Advanced Padding System" set is included in the package, allowing the customer to adjust the inner fit, which is removable, washable, and hypoallergenic treated with a Sanitized treatment. The inner padding is designed to accommodate glasses. The micrometric strap allows for quick release and is prepared for the installation of a Bluetooth® communication system.
