You give a 2-year warranty from 20 July, but I haven't even received it yet! Logically, the warranty should start as soon as you receive the equipment.

In fact, the guarantees begin when the products are sent and not received. The reason for this is that we cannot control every delivery and we work with several carriers.

In your answers to questions 1x you say there is the charger, akku and box and in the other you say there is no charger, so my question is is there the charger, the 2 akku and the box?
