I didn't have a seal either, there's always one in the hose, which should normally be enough. Everything is tight for me. But it could also be on the hose side, I've also had problems with other showers. Possibly get a new seal from a DIY store.

According to the official product specifications, the hansgrohe Pulsify Select S 105 Relaxation hand shower has a maximum flow rate of 11.4 l/min at 3 bar water pressure and works from around 5.8 l/min. The minimum operating pressure is 0.9 bar.

As I only have the Pulsify Select S 105 Activation, I don't know the difference, so unfortunately I can't help. But what I can say is that the shower head works perfectly and I'm happy with it.

Hello, yes, these are two different products. They should probably not differ externally. I think the difference lies in the water flow rate. Some people want to save a little water and therefore prefer the 9 litre version and others prefer a more powerful jet. They would probably prefer the 11-litre version.
