The S-line Funk Small tubular motor (SLDS 10/16PZ) is a self-learning radio tubular motor with soft stop. For easy and quick integration into the Rademacher radio system, it features an integrated interface. Thanks to Plug & Play, it can be installed in a particularly time- and cost-saving manner, as the tubular motor does not require endpoint learning or a learning run. Only rigid shaft connectors or mounting springs, as well as stops or a stop strip, are necessary for self-learning. The motor automatically detects whether rigid shaft connectors or mounting springs have been used. It has precise position detection and torque monitoring, protecting the roller shutter with its integrated blockage detection and particularly sensitive obstacle detection. As soon as the roller shutter is blocked or encounters an obstacle, the motor reverses. Operation is via radio transmitters, and when connected to, for example, the SmartHome Box, it gains extensive automation functions such as the astro/day/week program, random function, and ventilation/sun position. The motor can also be connected in parallel and features a locking universal motor head, allowing for tool-free installation and ensuring high compatibility with other systems. The RolloTube S-line is delivered with a 2.5 m long PVC connection cable. It is pre-adapted for an octagonal steel shaft with a key size of 40. With the available accessories, it can also be adapted for octagonal steel shafts with key sizes of 50 and 60, round shafts with diameters of 40 and 50 mm, and spiral shafts with a diameter of 50 mm. The torque is 10 Nm, and the speed is 16 RPM.
