The minimum side load for the cutting disc is 40 N according to EN 12413 and oSa, and from a diameter of 150 mm, it is 50 N. The expiry date (three years) is embossed in the bore ring. Through extensive in-process controls during production, consistent quality is ensured. To provide maximum safety, every thousandth disc is destructively tested. This is a straight disc (shape 41). Straight-shaped cutting discs allow for greater immersion depth and thus more cuts.
